Military Workouts – Review of my military workouts journey

As I said before I have tried a couple military style workouts and they were great. They were pretty tough and got me in shape. After about two months though i started to stay at about the same physical level so I decided to check out some other products.

After doing the military workouts I liked the conditioning aspect of the workout so I decided I would see if there was a “conditioning” workout. This is where I came across Bull Bull Strength Conditioning. I found this product on google(of coarse) and I decided I would check it out. It was well worth it! There were a lot of unique workouts in there that got me not only stronger but I was gasping for breath at the end. Then I also purchased the Bull Strength workout program and using those two together can’t be competed against. For the 2 months I used the two products I lost 15 lbs of fat and my bench press as well as other lifts went up significantly as well!

So far I haven’t plateaued out doing these programs and it seems I wont for awhile longer because there are so many options. I would have to say it was one of my best finds and just had to share it with my fellow athletes!

Is a military specfic workout the best?

As I have said before I have tried a few different workout programs. Military workouts have worked for me and I think they have a lot of benefits. In the process of looking for them though I have come across a great product Bull Strength Conditioning I purchased this manual and it kicked my ass more than the military workouts! Military Workouts – Who are they for?

I first wanted to talk about who are military workouts ment for? Obviously if you plan on entering, or are in the military, they are ment for you, but you don’t have to be to enjoy the great benefits of a military style workout. A military style workout consists of lots of various full body motions, conditioning, as well as becoming a lot stronger. There are a few “military workouts” that call themselves that and thats what they were marketed towards. There are also a couple other workout programs that may not be called a military workout but would work just was well if not even better.
